超声心动图检查胎儿心律失常的临床分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and Heartbeat map in diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias. Methods Ultrasonic Beckoning were detected in 374 cases of gestational age of 12-41 weeks of clinically suspected arrhythmias fetus map. Results There were 61 cases with fetal arrhythmias, cardiac abnormality in 4 cases, 4 cases of complete atrioventricular block, Heartbeat bradycardia in 4 cases, 8 cases of ventricular premature beat, ventricular Beckoning tachycardia in 12 cases, atrial premature beats in 29 cases. The actual incidence of fetal arrhythmia as the standard, the actual ultrasonic Beckoning examination accuracy rate is 93.75%(61/65), the difference is not obvious, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Fetal ultrasound Heartbeat graph is antenatal fetal arrhythmia noninvasive imaging technology reliable, its application to have treatment can help early detection and guide the arrhythmia fetuses.%目的：探讨超声心动图检查对胎儿心律失常的诊断价值及临床意义。方法采用超声心动图对374例胎龄12~41周临床疑诊为心律失常的胎儿进行检查。结果共检出胎儿心律失常61例，其中心脏结构畸形4例，完全性房室传导阻滞4例，心动过缓4例，室性早搏8例，室上性心动过速12例，房性早搏29例。以胎儿心律失常的实际发生率为标准，超声心动图检查的实际准确率为93.75%（61/65），比较结果的差异不明显，不存在统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论胎儿超声心动图是产前检查胎儿心律失常的可靠的无创性影像技术，其应用有助于早期检出并指导心律失常胎儿的处理。
