芒硝治疗湿疹急性发作期的疗效探讨

摘要

Objective To observe mirabilite clinical effect in the treatment of acute eczema. Method Eighty patients with acute eczema were random divided into two groups.The two groups all had forty patients.the patients in the treatment group were given mirabilite and patients in the control group were given Pevisone cream twice a day in two weeks.the eczema area and severity index score,curative effect,adverse reaction were observed. Result The EASI score of the treatment group decreased significantly than that of the control group. There was significant different between two groups (P<0.05). The effective rate 90%of the treatment group was higher than that 72.5%of the control group . There was significant different between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Mirabilite is effective and safe in acute eczema.%目的：探讨芒硝治疗湿疹急性发作期的临床疗效。方法80例湿疹急性发作的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组40例，对照组40例，治疗组给予芒硝治疗，对照组给予派瑞松软膏治疗，每天2次，疗程2周，观察两组患者皮损面积、严重程度指数（EASI）评分、疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后的综合积分（2.76±2.13）低于对照组（4.68±3.08），两组比较差异显著（P＜0.05），治疗组的总有效率90%高于对照组72.5%，两组疗效差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论芒硝治疗湿疹急性发作期安全有效。
