血栓通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察血栓通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例，对照组采用急性脑梗死常规治疗（降颅内压、抗凝等），观察组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤联合血栓通注射液，两组均连续用药4周。结果对照组的总体有效率56.67%，观察组的总体有效率86.67%，具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗基础上用血栓通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效显著。%Objective To observe the effects of combination of Xueshuantong Injection and Buyang Huanwu decoction on acute cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods The patients were randomized into two groups, including observation group and control group, each group include 30 patients. control group was given the conventional therapy of cerebral ischemic stroke, while observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction in combination with Xueshuantong Injection based on conventional therapy for 4 weeks. Results The effective rate of observation group is 86.67%, while that of control group is 56.67%(P<0.05). Conclusions Taking combination of Xueshuantong Injection and Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of conventional drugs on acute cerebral ischemic stroke shows effective in treating acute cerebral ischemic stroke.
