目的：探讨早期康复治疗对高血压性脑出血患者肢体运动功能恢复的作用。方法将例脑出血患者随机分成3组，3组均常规使用内科药物治疗，其中2组分别于2 d和14 d进行康复治疗，比较患者治疗前和治疗4周后的Fugl-Meyer评分。结果与其他2组相比，早期康复组患者治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分明显增高（P＜0.01）。结论早期康复治疗能明显改善高血压性脑出血患者的肢体运动功能。%Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation on the Function Recovery of Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into three groups, all of which were given routine drug treatment. Patients in two groups were additional given rehabilitative training after two days and fourteen days. The scores of Fugl-Meyer reassessment were assessed before training and after 4 weeks. Results Compared with the other groups, The scores of Fugl-Meyer reassessment of patients in the early rehabilitation group were significantly different after training(P<0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation could obviously improve function of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
