盐酸贝那普利联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗高血压的临床研究

摘要

目的：研究盐酸贝那普利联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院高血压患者分成三组，分别给予单独使用盐酸贝那普利治疗，单独使用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗，以及盐酸贝那普利联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗，并观察其临床效果。结果二种药物联合治疗组的患者舒张压与收缩压明显低于单独药物治疗组（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸贝那普利与酒石酸美托洛尔联合治疗高血压比使用二者单独治疗效果显著。%Objective To study the clinical effect of Benazepril Hydrochloride combined with metoprolol tartrate in treating hypertension. Methods Patients with hypertension in our hospital were divided into three groups, respectively given alone Benazepril Hydrochloride treatment, the use of metoprolol tartrate therapy alone, and Benazepril Hydrochloride combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment, and to observe its clinical effect. Results Two drugs combined treated group of patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure was signiifcantly lower than the single drug treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Benazepril Hydrochloride and metoprolol tartrate combined treatment of hypertension than using two separate treatment effect is remarkable.
