Her-2在Luminal型乳腺癌中的表达及组织病理学分级分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression and the relationship with histopathological grade of Her-2 in Luminal breast cancer.Methods 156 cases of Luminal breast cancer were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to investigate the expression and the relationship with histopathological grading of Her-2. Results The total positive rate of Her-2 in Luminal breast cancer was 46.8%, and Her-2 expressed in Paget’s, intraductal carcinoma, invasive ductal carcinoma and so on, Her-2 was not expressed in huge fiber adenocarcinoma, intraductal papilary carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma. There is a significant relationship between Her-2 and lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion Detecting Her-2 expression could provide effective basis in formulating the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.%目的：分析Her-2在Luminal型乳腺癌中表达及组织病理学分级。方法选取我院收治的156例Luminal型乳腺癌患者，采用免疫组织化学法考察Her-2癌基因蛋白在Luminal型乳腺癌中的表达及组织病理学分级。结果 Her-2在Luminal乳腺癌中的总阳性率为46.8%，其表达多见于Paget’s病、导管内癌、浸润性导管癌等，而巨大纤维腺癌、导管内乳头状癌、浸润性小叶癌检测均为阴性。Her-2在Luminal型乳腺癌中的表达与淋巴结转移有显著关系。结论检测Her-2的表达可以为临床制定乳腺癌的综合治疗方法提供有效依据和参考价值。
