Objective To study the acarbose in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients. Methods 100 cases were selected in the department of endocrinology qixia people's hospital in 2013 January -2014 year in December period, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients, they were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in control group were given routine diet and exercise treatment, observation group of 50 cases with wave sugar tablets for 12 weeks (Glucobay, Bayer healthcare, Zhunzi H20090123, 50 mg/pice, at a dose of 50 mg once, 3 times a day), after 12 weeks of continuous treatment, serum FPG, FIns, CRP, APN and IMT were observed before and after the intervention, the index change. Results Compared with before intervention, the patients in the observation group were acarbose intervention FPG, Fins, CRP decreased, APN increased, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05 IMT), although there was a downward trend, but the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). There were no signiifcant changes in the control group the above index (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of acarbose to improve insulin resistance and high blood glucose in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver Fins, serum adiponectin in patients with type 2 diabetes, but it does not prevent progression of carotid atherosclerosis.%目的：探讨阿卡波糖在2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者的治疗作用。方法选取山东省栖霞市人民医院内分泌科2013年1月至2014年12月期间，2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者100例，随机数字表法分组，对照组50例给予常规饮食运动等治疗措施，观察组50例加用波糖片治疗12周（拜唐苹，拜耳医药保健有限公司，国药准字H20090123，50毫克/片，剂量为一次50mg，一日3次），连续治疗12周后，检测血FPG、FIns、CRP、APN及测定患者IMT，观察干预前后各指标变化。结果与干预前比较，观察组患者在阿卡波糖干预后FPG、Fins、CRP下降，APN升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），IMT虽有下降趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。对照组以上指标均无显著改变（P>0.05）。结论阿卡波糖可通过影响2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清脂联素、Fins来改善胰岛素抵抗及高血糖，但并不能阻止颈动脉硬化的进展。
