正畸治疗发生牙龈炎的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨正畸治疗后发生牙龈炎的原因以及预防措施.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年12月在本院行正畸治疗的180例患者的临床资料.结果 正畸治疗后进行随访复查,复诊者中牙龈炎发生率逐月增加,其中儿童组发病率为58.33％,成人组发病率为33.33％,儿童组牙龈炎明显多于成人组.结论 良好自信的口腔卫生以及戴入矫治器的熟练掌握,可以有效降低正畸治疗中牙龈炎的发生率.进行正畸治疗的患者,应配合督促保持口腔卫生.%Objective To explore the causes of gingivitis after orthodontic treatment and preventive measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2010-December 2013 on the clinical data of 180 cases of our hospital orthodontic treated patients.Results After orthodontic treatment were followed up, their incidence of gingivitis in the monthly increase in the group of children, the incidence rate was 58.33％, the incidence of adult group was 33.33％, signiifcantly more than the adult group children gingivitis.Conclusion Good oral hygiene and conifdent wearing appliance master, can effectively reduce the incidence of gingivitis during orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic treatment of patients, should be urged to maintain oral hygiene.
