老年糖尿病患者人工髋关节置换术后常见并发症的预防护理

摘要

目的 总结老年糖尿病患者人工髋关节置换后常见并发症的预防及护理办法,为临床提供经验.方法 分析48例老年糖尿病患者行人工髋关节置换术病例,分为实验组与对照组,实验组采取针对性护理,对照组应用常规护理办法,比较两组并发症及康复情况.结果 实验组的并发症发生率低,护理满意度及康复情况优于对照组,达95.8%.结论 针对老年髋关节置换术患者,应采取针对性护理措施及康复训练,可减少并发症的出现,提高患者治疗满意度.%Objective To summarize the common complication prevention and care options of elderly diabetic after artificial hip replacement, providing clinical experience. Methods Selected 48 cases of elderly diabetic patients undergoing artificial hip replacement, surgery patients were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group took specific care, the control group received routine care options, compared complications and recovery from the two groups.Results The complications incidence of experimental group was lower, nursing satisfaction and rehabilitation beter than the control group(95.8%).Conclusion s For elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement should take appropriate measures and rehabilitation care, can reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction with treatment.
