基于流程再造的高校学生综合管理系统建设--以嘉兴职业技术学院为例

At the beginning of the study, we analyzed the feasibility of BPR Theory in college students' comprehensive management, after that, through organization construction, transaction analysis, process reengineering modeling and practice four steps, we completed the university students' comprehensive management system on the basis of process reengineering. This system shares and integrates all the students’ information from their admission to graduation, which provides a good information service for them.%通过分析流程再造理论在高校学生综合管理建设中的可行性后，经过组织机构建设、事务分析规划、流程再造建模和流程再造实践4个步骤完成基于流程再造的高校学生综合管理系统建设。解决了学生管理信息共享和业务协同的问题，实现了从招生、迎新、教学、管理直到离校成为校友的学生信息资源的整合，为学生提供了良好的信息服务。
