Ethyl R-2-hydroxy popionate reacted with thionyl chloride to produce ethyl S-2-chloropopionate,with yield of 95.0% and purity 99.0%.The synthetic influence in reactant mole ratio,the reaction temperature and time were discussed by orthogonal test.The product structure was characterized by IR spectra,1H NMR and ESI-MS.%以L-乳酸乙酯(R-2-羟基丙酸乙酯)为起始原料,在吡啶的催化下与二氯亚砜反应制备S-2-氯丙酸乙酯,产率为95.0%,纯度为99.0%。用正交实验法讨论了反应原料摩尔比、反应温度与时间等因素对合成的影响。对产物结构进行了红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和电离喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)表征。
