融入食品质量与安全专业英语教学模式的探索

摘要

Professional English teaching of food quality and safety was very important to cultivate outstanding professionals for the food industry.The reform and practices of teaching model were carried out from several factors including teaching syllabus,teaching content,teaching methods and application of professional English regard to characterization of food quality and safety professional English,which laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of students to have the ability to solve practical problems.%食品质量与安全专业英语教学对于培养优秀的专业人才以服务于我国的食品行业至关重要。针对农业院校食品质量与安全专业英语特点,从教学大纲、教学内容、教学方法及专业英语运用方面等几个方面进行了一系列的改革与实践,为培养大学生解决实际问题的能力打下坚实的基础。
