罗丹明基Fe3+荧光探针的合成及性能分析

         

摘要

以罗丹明6G、乙二胺为原料,合成中间体N-罗丹明6G内酰乙二胺,将中间体分别与吲哚-3-甲醛、2-苯甲酰基吡啶、吡咯-2-甲醛、2-羟基-1-萘甲醛反应,合成了合成了四种罗丹明衍生物,即探针IR、 BR、 PR、 NR。在乙醇/水(1:1, V:V)混合溶液中,考察了四种探针对Fe3+的选择性识别及不同Fe3+浓度对四种探针荧光强度的影响。结果表明:在测试范围内的18种阳离子中,探针IR、 BR、 PR、 NR均能选择性地识别Fe3+,引起荧光强度和吸收强度的显著增加,随着Fe3+浓度的增大,探针IR、 BR、 PR、 NR溶液的颜色逐渐加深,荧光强度逐渐增大,实现了裸眼及荧光对Fe3+的定性检测。%N-acyl ethylenediamine was synthesized by rhodamine 6G and ethylenediamine, which was reacted with indole-3-carboxaldehyde, 2-benzoylpyridine, pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde, respectively, to form four kinds of rhodamide derivates namely Probe IR, BR, PR and NR. In ethanol-water solution (EtOH:H2O=1:1, V:V), selectivity and the effects of different concentrations of iron(Ⅲ) to four kinds of probes were investigated. The results showed that among 18 kinds of cation ions, only iron (Ⅲ) can lead to fluorescence and absorption improvement. With the additions of iron (Ⅲ) , the color of probe solutions became darker and fluorescence intensity increased, which realized naked eye and fluorescent detection of iron(Ⅲ).
