原子吸收光谱法鉴别地沟油的方法探讨

摘要

The composition of swill -cooked dirty oil was more complex , containing sodium ion , and was processed by ultrasonic extraction.The representative sodium ion of grease was extracted into deionized water , and then measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry to sodium ion content , comparing with cooking oil.Experiments showed that this scheme can be used as one of the ways to identify swill -cooked dirty oil.%由于地沟油中的成分比较复杂，含有食用油中没有的钠离子，通过超声萃取来进行处理，将油脂中具有代表性的钠离子萃取到去离子水中，然后通过原子吸收分光光度法对钠离子含量进行测定，并与食用油进行比较。实验证明，该方案可作为鉴别地沟油的方法之一。
