深化有机化学教学改革培养可迁移技能型人才

摘要

In order to cultivate high-quality talents with strong transferable skills , problems existing in the current organic chemistry teaching were analyzed.The reform measures were put forward , such as stimulate students'interest in learning, integration of teaching content , flexible use of teaching methods , open experiment , strengthening practice teaching , improving the evaluation system , and training students'ability to analyze and solve problems.Moreover , this reform would make the students comprehensive ability and the overall quality of the ascension of the whole , and promote the development of talent with strong transferable skills.%为了培养可迁移技能强的高素质人才，剖析当前普通高校有机化学课程教学中存在的问题，提出激发学生学习兴趣、整合教学内容、灵活运用教学方法、理论联系实际开放小实验、加强教学实践、完善考核评价体系等方面的改革措施，培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，使学生的综合能力和总体素质得到整体提升，促进了具有可迁移技能人才的良性发展。
