浅谈室内环境检测能力验证氨氮的测定

     

摘要

To further improve indoor environmental testing capability through a proficiency testing of ammonia nitrogen, the level of ammonia nitrogen blind sample was tested by the indophenol blue spectrophotometric method GB/T18204. 25-2000 , the first level of ammonia of the blind sample was tested through drawing ammonia standard curve after ammonia standard solution was diluted with non-ammonia water, then conversion testing results of ammonia to ammonia nitrogen. The slope of ammonia standard curve was 0. 081 absorbance/μg, R value of 0. 9999, which met the requirements of the determination. The measured value of blind sample was 0. 600 mg/L, accurate and reliable, so proficiency testing passed. The results showed that this method was simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, good stability and suitable for testing with ammonia nitrogen blind sample of metrology accreditation, proficiency testing and capability comparison, etc.%通过参加氨氮检测能力验证,进一步总结经验,提高室内环境检测水平。实验运用靛酚蓝分光光度法 GB/T 18204.25-2000测定氨氮盲样,采用无氨水稀释氨标准溶液,绘制氨标准曲线测定盲样中氨含量,进而测定氨氮的含量。通过测定,氨标准曲线斜率为0.081吸光度/μg,相关系数r=0.9999,满足测定要求;氨氮盲样测定值0.600 mg/L,准确可靠,能力验证顺利通过。此法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于计量认证、能力验证、能力比对等考核时的盲样测定。
