Influencing factors on determination of ammonia nitrogen in water by nessler's reagent spectrophotometry

In this paper, three kinds of experiments about influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen in water were done, which aimed to choose the most suitable condition for determining the ammonia nitrogen. The blank experiments illustrated different experiment water used for confecting reagents or doing blank experiments had no influence on the blank value.
