高效液相色谱法同时检测饲料中防腐剂和甜味剂

         

摘要

A simple and efficient method based on high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was established to separate four analytes of additive ( acesulfame potassium, benzonic acid, saccharin sodium, and sorbic acid) in feeds. The samples were initially extracted with methanol and water (1+1), then separated on an XB-C18 column with methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate and methanol solution. Photo diode array detector was adopted with the detective wavelength of 225 nm. The result indicated that all the 4 additives had good linearities within 2 ~100 mg/L with the correlation coefficients between 0. 9995 ~ 1. 0000. The limits of detection were all less than 1. 06 mg/kg. The average recoveries for the additives ranged from 94. 8% to 104% with the RSDs less than 5. 3%. The results showed the method was simple, rapid and reliable for the determination of preservatives and sweeteners in feeds.%建立了饲料中安赛蜜,苯甲酸,糖精钠,山梨酸4种添加剂的高效液相色谱同时分离检测方法。样品用甲醇(1+1)溶液提取,采用XB-C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液作为流动相梯度洗脱,并使用光电二极管阵列检测器于225 nm处进行检测。结果表明,4种添加剂在2~100 mg/L范围内均具有良好的线性关系,且相关系数为0.9995~1.0000,各添加剂检出限均在1.06 mg/kg以下,样品的平均回收率为94.8%~104%,相对标准偏差( n=6)为1.0%~5.3%。该方法简单快速,定量准确可靠,适用于饲料中防腐剂和甜味剂的日常检测。
