微滤-超滤精制茶皂素及其膨胀型阻燃剂初探∗

     

摘要

采用微滤-超滤组合工艺对纯度为70%左右的粗茶皂素水溶液进行精制。结果表明,此方法可以将粗茶皂素纯度提高到91.8%左右,微滤较佳工艺为:陶瓷膜孔径为0.5μm、操作压差0.1 MPa、操作时间为80 min、料液浓度为3%。在此优化工艺下,料液浊度从23.8 FTU降低到1.60 FTU,除浊率达到93.28%,茶皂素透过率为73.77%。将精制茶皂素制备茶皂素基膨胀型阻燃剂,成炭性和膨胀体积分别为81.28%和42.56 cm3/g。%Using the tea-saponin with the purity about 70% as raw material, the combined process of microfiltration-ultrafiltration was used to refine the tea saponin solution. The results showed that the purity of obtained tea saponin was improved to 91. 8% by this process. The optimum parameters of microfiltration were as follows: the ceramic membrane pore size was 0. 5 μm, operating differential pressure was 0. 1 MPa, operating time was 80 min, material liquid concentration was 3%. Under the optimization process, the turbidity of material liquid can be reduced from 23. 8 FTU to 1. 60 FTU, the removal rate of turbidity was 93. 28%, the through rate of tea-saponin was 73. 77%. Using the refined tea-saponin to prepare tea-saponin based intumescent flame retardant, the charring propertiles and expansion effect were 81. 28% and 42. 56 cm3/g, respectively.
