本科毕业环节质量保障体系的探索与实践∗

摘要

结合我院的化学化工专业特点以及近年来的毕业环节教学经验，针对影响本科毕业环节教学质量的各种问题和现象，对管理制度建设、过程管理监控、毕业答辩等方面进行教学管理模式的改革与优化。通过探索和实践，建立了较为完善的质量保障体系，学院教师和学生的责任意识明显增强，学生的创新实践能力不断加强，毕业论文管理更加规范，毕业环节整体质量不断提高。%Combined with the major characteristics of chemistry and chemical engineering and the graduation teaching experience of our school in recent years, the reform and optimization of the teaching management mode involving management system, process management and monitoring, and graduation thesis defenses were performed to solve various problems and phenomena which influencing the undergraduate graduation teaching quality. After the exploration and practice, a good quality assurance system was established. The consciousness of responsibility of teachers and students was significantly enhanced, and the innovative practice ability of students was strengthened. The management of graduation thesis was more standardized, and the overall quality of the undergraduate course graduation was continuously improved.
