聚苯胺的合成工艺优化及其性能表征

         

摘要

采用化学氧化聚合法在苯胺/过硫酸铵/HCl的水溶液体系中合成聚苯胺,并对其聚合条件([ S2 O2-8]/[ An]比、 HCl浓度变化等)进行了优化,以提高PAn的电导率和产率。通过四探针、傅立叶红外吸收光谱( FTIR)、 XRD、 CV等测试方法对聚苯胺电导率及掺杂前后结构的变化进行了分析。结果表明,当[ S2 O2-8]/[ An]=1:1、[ HCl]=0.8 mol/L时电导率达到最大值2.13 S/cm,产率为94.37%。聚合物具有一定的结晶性,通过CV曲线可以分析出PAn具有掺杂/脱掺杂的电化学活性。%Polyaniline was prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization during an aqueous system of aniline/ammonium persulfate/HCl/H2O, and the synthesis condition was optimized (changes in [S2O2-8 ]/[An] ratio and HCl concentration) in order to improve the conductivity and yield of PAn. The conductivity and the structural change of polyaniline were analyzed by four-probe, FTIR, XRD, CV methods. Results showed that the conductivity reached a maximum of 2. 13 S/cm with [S2O2-8 ]/[An]=1:1, [HCl]=0. 8 mol/L, and the yield was 94. 37%. The Polymer had a certain crystalline properties, and it could be confirmed that PAn had an electrochemical activity of doping/dedoping by CV curve.
