This experiment adopted iodimetry to ascertain the concentration of Vc in orange. Vitamin C and I2 can be quantitatively oxidized reduction reaction. It calculated the concentration of Vc in orange. This experiment showed that iodimetry was easy to operate. In this experiment, the average rate of recovery was R=99. 82% and the standard linear equation was Y=2. 1345X-0. 1098, R2=0. 9978.%采用碘量法测定泸州食用水果橙子中维生素C的含量。由于维生素C与I2可以发生氧化还原反应,利用其反应的定量关系得出维生素C 的含量。实验结果表明,碘量法操作方便快速,反应条件易控制,仪器简单。试验的平均回收率为99.82%,相对标准偏差RSD=1.22%,线性回归方程为Y=2.1345X-0.1098, R2=0.9978。试验为橙子维生素C的测定提供了可靠方法,可用于一般机构对水果中维生素C含量的测定。
