Niekel oxide nanowires were prepared by using hydrothermal synthesis method. Upon thermal decomposition at 700℃ in air, niekel oxide precursor nanowires can be converted to niekel oxide nanowires. By adjusting the amount of urea, changing reaction time and other factors, the best preparation conditions were obtained. The morphology of as prepared sample was characterized by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , and differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric ( TGA-DSC) measurement.%以硝酸镍为原料,通过离子液体辅助的水热反应方法制备了氧化镍纳米线前驱体(直径100 nm左右,长度在50~70μm),将氧化镍纳米线前驱体进行热分解,可得到氧化镍纳米线,通过调节尿素的用量,改变反应时间等影响因素得到产物最佳制备条件,通过粉末X-射线衍射( XRD),透射电子显微镜( TEM),热重-差热扫描量热分析( TGA-DSC),扫描电子显微镜( SEM)等表征手段对产物形貌等进行了表征分析。
