新疆建设煤化工仿真实训工厂必要性探讨

摘要

According to the training mode of higher vocational talents, relying on the development opportunities of Xinjiang coal chemical industry, the Petroleum Chemical Engineering Department of Karamay Vocational and Technical College had set up the coal chemical production technology specialty during the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period. Combined with the production characteristics of Xinjiang coal chemical industry, the construction of large coal chemical simulation training plant can produce technical skills meeting the economic development of Xinjiang. The coal chemical skills competition and theoretical study were combined, practice to chemical and operation simulation training were united, meantime production practice and coal chemical process simulation training were combined with the practice of internal and external training by the training plant. In order to meet the requirements of the technical skills of coal chemical industry, the construction of coal chemical engineering simulation training plant was imminent.%根据高职人才培养模式，依托于新疆煤化工的发展机遇，克拉玛依职业技术学院石油化学工程系在“十二五”期间，开设了煤化工生产技术专业。结合新疆煤化工企业生产特点，建设大型煤化工仿真实训工厂，将煤化工技能大赛与理论学习相结合，认识实习与化工单元操作仿真实训相结合，生产实习与煤化工工艺仿真实训相结合，校内实训与校外实训相结合，可以更好的培养符合新疆经济发展的技术技能型人才。为了达到培养煤化工行业的技术技能型人才的要求建设煤化工仿真实训工厂迫在眉睫。
