阿魏酸改性聚乙烯醇的制备与流变性能研究

     

摘要

为了改善聚乙烯醇的流变性能,分别采用阿魏酸对聚乙烯醇( PVA)进行改性,考察了不同有机酸改性剂对PVA的流变性能影响。实验结果表明,经阿魏酸改性后的PVA其流变性能、剪切硬度及稳定性得到较大提高。同时优化了改性的工艺条件,研究发现反应温度为60益,阿魏酸的添加量为PVA质量的5%时,反应时间为5 h,改性PVA的流变性能最好。%To improve the rheological properties of polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA) , different organic acids, such as ferulic acid, itaconic acid, acrylic acid and dimer fatty acid, were used to modify PVA. The experimental results revealed that the rheological properties, shear strength and stability of the ferulic acid-modified PVA were improved greatly. The reaction conditions were optimized, and it was found that the rheological properties of modified polyvinyl alcohol were improved obviously when the reaction was performed for 5 h under 60 ℃ by addition of 5% of ferulic acid.
