The thermal decomposition behaviors of epoxy resin ( EP ) flame-retardant system were studied by the Freeman-Carroll method. The results showed that the average activity energy and the char residue content of flame-retardant EP were both higher than the pure EP. It indicated that the silicone flame retardant enhanced the thermal stability of polymer, finally improved the quality of char layer and flame retardancy of system.%使用差减微分法分析了有机硅阻燃环氧树脂体系的热降解行为。结果显示,纯环氧树脂的热降解过程为1.15级反应,加入有机硅阻燃剂后,其热降解过程变为2.21级反应。相比于纯环氧树脂体系,阻燃体系的平均热降解活化能更高,成炭性能更好,这表明有机硅阻燃剂的加入在环氧树脂热降解过程中提高了基体的热稳定性,最终达到提高体系成炭率和阻燃性的目的。
