采用液相还原法制备了活性炭负载纳米铁,对样品进行FTIR、 BET、 SEM、 XRD表征分析,并考察活性炭、纳米铁以及活性炭负载型纳米铁对甲基橙溶液的去除效果,同时探讨初始质量浓度、投加量、溶液pH以及温度对甲基橙去除效果的影响。结果表明:纳米铁成功负载在活性炭上,对甲基橙的去除效果较明显,30 min内即可达95%的去除率,在较大范围浓度内均有良好的去除效果,同时实验表明在较低pH值和较高温度下,更有利于甲基橙的去除。%Activated carbon supported nano iron ( AC-NZVI) was prepared by the liquid-phase reduction, the samples were analyzed by FTIR, SEM, XRD and BET. The removal efficiency of methyl orange ( MO ) in aqueous solution by activated carbon ( AC) , nanoscale iron ( NZVI) , and AC-NZVI were investigated, some parameters, such as initial concentration, dosage, pH value and temperature, which affect on the removal efficiency of MO, were discussed. The result showed that nanoscale iron successfully loaded on activated carbon, and MO removal effect was obvious, up to 95% removal rate within 30 min. A large range of concentrations in all good removal effect and the experiments showed that at lower pH value and higher temperature, it was more conducive to remove MO.
