Cuprous oxide microcrystals were prepared by electrolytic method. There were five influencing factors on the content and stability of Cu2 O such as concentration of sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide concentration, electrolytic temperature, calcium gluconate concentration and current density. All the powders were characterized by X-rays diffraction ( XRD) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . The HG2961-2010 standard test method of Cu2 O content and impurity content in the samples was tested. The test results showed that under the best conditions, Cu2 O content in sample was 98%, after reduction stability experiment, the reduction rate t was 1. 5%, the content of impurities met HG2961-2010 standard.%采用电解法制备Cu2 O粉末,考察了氯化钠浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、电解温度、葡萄糖酸钙浓度以及电流密度对产品Cu2 O的含量以及稳定性的影响,确定了工艺条件。利用X射线粉末衍射仪( XRD)及扫描电镜对产物进行物相、形貌分析。采用HG2961-2010标准中的测试方法对样品中Cu2 O的含量以及杂质的含量进行了测试,测试结果表明:在最佳条件下,样品中Cu2 O含量为98%,稳定性实验后还原率减少量1.5%,满足HG2961-2010标准。
