大学生创新精神与实践能力的培养途径探索

摘要

构建21世纪具有创新精神的创新型人才培养体系，需要统一认识，重新梳理、构建全新的人才培养方案；需要不断强化素质教育，营造良好的素质教育环境；加大教师队伍建设及内涵建设；完善创新型人才培养激励制度建设、集中整合高校资源、利用社会优化资源、重视校企联合培养模式，实施全方位的新型人才培养体系。%How to build the innovative talent training system of the 21 st century was discussed. It need a unified understanding, to renew and construct a new talents training plan, continuously strengthen high quality education, create a good quality education environment, intensify the building of teachers team construction and connotation, perfect innovative talent training incentive system construction. Focus on integration of resources, use of social resources of colleges and universities attaches great importance to the joint training mode between colleges and enterprises, implements a full range of new talents cultivation system.
