Aspen Plus软件在化工原理课程各教学环节中的应用

摘要

Principles of Chemical Engineering is an important fundamental technology course for students majoring in Chemical Engineering.It is an application course with the focuses of practicality and engineering.The model blocks in Aspen Plus are closely related to unit operations.Employing Aspen Plus in theory teaching,experiment teaching and curriculum design of Principles of Chemical Engineering realizes the combination of theory and practical application.It can not only improve the quality of teaching,but also promote the cultivation of students' engineering practical ability.The application of Aspen Plus in the teaching links of chemical engineering principles was emphatically introduced,and some concrete examples were presented.%化工原理是化工类专业的重要基础技术课,工程性和实践性很强,其各单元操作与Aspen Plus软件中的单元模块紧密联系.将Aspen Plus应用于化工原理理论教学、实验教学以及课程设计等环节,实现理论与实际应用的充分结合,不仅可以提高教学质量,而且能够促进学生工程实践能力的培养.本文分点介绍了Aspen Plus软件在化工原理各教学环节中的应用,并给予了实例说明.
