系统观念下理想反应器的理解

     

摘要

Based on the systematic thinking paradigm,the essential characteristics of the ideal reactor were discussed. The macro and micro characteristics of batch reactor (BR),continuous stirred flow reactor (CSTR) and Plug flow reactor (PFR) were systematically analyzed. The characteristics of three kinds of ideal reactors were compared and summarized. From the point of view of the system,the volume calculation of the ideal reactor was deduced. The calculation model with uniform types and different boundary conditions for all ideal reactors was obtained,which was helpful for students to understand the reaction engineering.%以系统思维范式出发,探讨了理想反应器的本质特性,对于间歇反应器(BR)、连续搅拌全混流反应器(CSTR)和活塞流反应器(PFR)的宏观和微观特性进行了系统分析,对三种理想反应器的特征进行了比较和归纳,并从系统角度进行了理想反应器体积计算的推导和总结,得到了适宜所有理想反应器的计算模型,该计算模型有统一的型式和不同的边界条件,有利于学生理解和应用.
