包装工程专业《材料科学基础》教学设计与实践

摘要

Based on the characteristics of Packaging Engineering major in Anhui Agricultural University and the talent cultivation objectives and the problems encountered in teaching process of fundamentals of materials science, the new teaching principles involving the teaching contents, teaching methods, extracurricular innovation-related activities and evaluation modes on fundamentals of materials science for the major of Packaging Engineering were introduced in details, which were beneficial to motivate students' interest in learning and improve teaching effect of fundamentals of materials science and explore the suitable teaching mode for the major of Packaging Engineering and finally cultivate useful packaging talents with innovative consciousness and practical ability for society.%根据安徽农业大学包装工程专业特点、 人才培养目标以及目前材料科学基础教学过程中遇到的问题,从教学内容、教学方法与手段、 课外创新环节、 考核考察方式等方面探讨了包装工程专业材料科学基础课程教学设计与实践的主要思路,对激发学生的学习兴趣、 提高该门课程的实际教学效果以及探索适合包装工程专业的课程教学模式具有一定的指导意义,为社会培养具有创新意识和一定动手能力的包装人才打下坚实基础.
