建立过岗龙药材中表儿茶素的高效液相色谱测定法,并对3批过岗龙药材进行表儿茶素含量测定分析.色谱柱为YMC C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05％磷酸(10:90,V/V);检测波长:280 nm;流速:0.8 mL·min-1;柱温:30℃.结果表明,表儿茶素含量在0.2534～1.2595μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=1.0000.平均回收率为105.88％,RSD为1.79％(n=6);3批样品中表儿茶素含量在1.7332～2.6634 mg/g范围内.本研究建立的方法简便快速、 准确可靠,可用于过岗龙药材含量测定和质量监控.%A high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method for the determination of epicatechin in Entada phaseoloides was established and the quality of 3 batches of epicatechin in Entada phaseoloides was analyzed. HPLC method was performed with YMC C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 05％ phosphoric acid (10:90, V/V), detected wavelength was 280 nm, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min-1 and column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The result showed that the linear regression for epicatechin was obtained in the range of 0. 2534～1. 2595 μg, r=1. 0000, the average recovery was 105. 88％ and RSD was 1. 79％( n=6). The content of epicatechin in 3 batches of Entada phaseoloides ranged from 1. 7332 mg·g-1 to 2. 6634 mg·g-1 . The established method was simple, rapid, precise and reliable, which could be used for the content determination and quality control of Entada phaseoloides.
