The best extraction technology of amygdalin in armeniacae semen amarum was studied and different processing methods content of amygdalin in armeniacae semen amarum were compared. HPLC method was used for determination of the content of amygdalin in armeniacae semen amarum, the effects of different solvents, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process were determined, and the best processing technology was determined. Results showed that in the extraction of armeniacae semen amarum, under the condition of water extraction, with the first time 5 times boiling water reflux extracted for 3 h and the second time 4 times boiling water reflux extracted for 2. 5 h, the content of amygdalin was the highest. The extraction technology was reasonable, stable and feasible, the content of amygdalin in armeniacae semen amarum was different under different processing methods.%研究苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的最佳提取工艺及比较不同炮制方法苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的含量.采用HPLC法测定苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的含量,来确定不同炮制方法苦杏仁在不同溶剂,提取时间,提取次数对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳的炮制工艺.研究发现,燀制苦杏仁在水提条件下,提取两次,第一次5倍量沸水回流提取3 h、 第二次4倍量沸水回流提2.5 h,苦杏仁苷的含量最高.结果表明,该提取工艺合理,稳定,可行,不同炮制方法下的苦杏仁药材中苦杏仁苷的含量存在着差异.
