就流体在管壳式换热器设计过程中影响其在管程或壳程侧选择的主要因素:粘度、腐蚀性、结垢性、压力、流速、温度因素进行了介绍和讨论,并对上述各因素在换热器设计过程中的影响进行了分析,并对影响因素彼此之间的关联性进行介绍,以方便在换热器设计过程中调整各设计参数.通过实际应用过程中的设计案例,对流体在管程侧或壳程侧的选择进行了过程分析.%The allocation of factors in the tube side or shell side of the stream was mainly introduced and discussed, such as viscosity, corrosion, pressure, flow rate and temperature. The influences of the above factors in the heat exchanger design process were also analyzed. The effects of the factors on each other were introduced to facilitate the design process in the heat exchanger to adjust the design parameters. Through the practical application of the design case, the process of stream in tube side or shell side was analyzed.
