The heat exchanger has a heat exchanger wall (10) with a heat absorbing side and a heat dissipating side, where both the sides are provided with two or multiple channel covers (20). A flow channel is formed between the channel cover and the heat absorbing side or the heat dissipating side. A fluid supply opening (24) and a fluid outflow opening (25) are connected with the flow channel. The channel cover forms multiple flow channels that are provided with fluid supply and fluid outflow openings.
