在知识经济时代，人才是社会经济发展的关键因素。分析广西水利职教干部队伍的现状，从政治合格、观念更新、知识求新3个方面陈述了再造一支高素质的广西水利职教干部队伍的观点。%The talent is the key factor of social and economic development in the information and economy era. The existing conditions of Guangxi water resources professional education cadre team were analyzed, and the view of rebuilding a high quality Guangxi water resources professional education cadres team was discussed from three parts, that are politics eligibility, idea renewing and knowledge updating.
