Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and security of Huaiqihuang granule combined with Shenxiong glucose injection on patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy .Methods Senven patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups ,35 cases in each group .The control group received methyl-prednisolone and cyclophosphamide regimen .The treatment group was given oral Huaiqihuang granule and intravenous Shenxiong glucose injection besides the therapy performed in the control group .The clinical efficacy ,incidences of adverse reactions and complications were observed three and six months after treatment .Results Three months after treament ,there was no significance difference in the clinical efficacy between two groups (P>0.05).The clinical efficacy in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group six months after treatment ( P<0.05 ).The incidences of adverse reactions and complications in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang granule combined Shenxiong glucose injection have significant clinical efficacy on patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy ,it can also reduce the incidences of adverse reactions and complications .%目的：观察槐杞黄颗粒联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗特发性膜性肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将70例特发性膜性肾病患者随机分为两组（每组35例），对照组给予甲泼尼龙联合环磷酰胺方案治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用槐杞黄颗粒口服联合参芎葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注。分别于治疗3个月末、治疗6个月末比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及并发症的发生率。结果治疗3个月末两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗6个月末治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），6个月末治疗组不良反应及并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论中药槐杞黄颗粒联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗特发性膜性肾病临床效果显著，且能减少不良反应及并发症的发生。
