宫腔镜联合经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨宫腔镜联合经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值.方法 选取108例疑似子宫内膜病变患者,均接受经阴道超声检查及宫腔镜检查.以病理检查结果为金标准,对比经阴道超声、宫腔镜单独及联合诊断对子宫内膜病变的诊断效能.结果 联合检查对子宫内膜病变的诊断敏感度和准确度均高于宫腔镜及经阴道超声单独诊断(均P<0.05);联合检查诊断子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜息肉、子宫黏膜下肌瘤的准确率均高于宫腔镜、经阴道超声单独诊断(均P<0.05),且诊断子宫内膜增生的准确率也高于经阴道超声诊断(P<0.05).结论 宫腔镜联合经阴道超声可有效提高对子宫内膜病变的诊断效能.%Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasonography for endometrial lesions.Methods Transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy were performed among 108 patients with suspected endometrial lesions. The pathological findings were taken as golden standard,and the diagnostic efficacies of transvaginal ultrasonography,hysteroscopy,and their combination for diagnosing endometrial lesions were compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy for combined examination were higher than those for hysteroscopy or transvaginal ultrasonography alone in diagnosing endometrial lesions(all P<0.05).The accuracy for combined examination was higher than that for hysteroscopy or transvaginal ultrasonography alone in diagnosing endometrial cancer, endometritis,endometrial polyp or endometrial submucosal myoma(all P<0.05).The accuracy for combined examination was higher than that for transvaginal ultrasonography alone in diagnosing endometrial hyperplasia(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasonography can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency for endometrial lesions.
