Objective To compare the detection results of Epsteim-Barr virus( EBV) nucleic acid between throat swabs and blood preparation in children with infectious mononucleosis ( IM ) . Methods Real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the EBV nucleic acid of throat swabs and blood preparation among 41 children with IM,and the positive detection rates of EBV were compared between the two samples. Results The positive detection rate of throat swabs EBV was 87. 8%(36/41),significantly higher than the rate(48. 78%,20/41) of blood EBV(P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared to blood preparation,throat swabs preparation has a higher positive detection rate of EBV in children with IM,and the early diagnosis of IM can be achieved by detecting the EBV in throat swabs preparation.%目的 比较传染性单核细胞增多症儿童(IM)咽拭子和血液标本EB病毒(EBV)核酸检测的结果.方法 采用实时荧光PCR法检测41例IM患儿血液及咽拭子标本的EBV核酸,比较两种标本EBV阳性检出率.结果 患儿咽拭子标本EBV阳性率为87.8%(36/41),高于血液标本的48.78%(20/41)(P<0.05).结论 相对于血液标本,IM患儿咽拭子标本中的EBV具有较高的检出率,可通过检测咽拭子标本中的EBV对IM进行早期诊断.
