同心圆共同体：民族、公民与国家的互动模式建构

摘要

共同体是维系人们共同生活的组织框架。对于现代国家建设来说，建构民族、公民与国家良性互动的同心圆共同体模式，一方面有利于整合民族力量，另一方面有利于促进公民权利的实质化。为此，可以从同心架构、同流意识、同质权力、同利规则和同识道义等五个方面着手建构这一同心圆共同体。%Community is the organizational framework to maintain the common livelihood of people to-gether.For the construction of modern country , to construct the benign and interactive concentric communi-ty pattern of nation, citizen and state, on the one hand, is beneficial to integrate the national strength; on the other hand, it is beneficial to promote the essence of civil rights.Therefore, we could construct the con-centric communities from five aspects, i.e.the concentric structure, same stream of consciousness, homo-geneous power, rules of mutual benefit and consensus morality and justice.
