目的：观察苓桂术甘汤对支气管哮喘慢性持续期的肺功能、哮喘控制测试表（ ACT）和生活质量评分（ SGRQ）的影响。方法将120例患者按入组先后编号，以随机数字表法分为3组：A组舒利迭组，B组穴位贴敷＋舒利迭组，C组苓桂术甘汤组。 A组：采用舒利迭50／250日二次吸入。 B组：穴位贴敷联合舒利迭，于夏天的一伏二伏三伏的第一天进行穴位贴敷。 C组：苓桂术甘汤口服，于夏天的一伏第一天开始，直至三伏结束。观察当年三九天的肺功能，哮喘控制测试表（ ACT）、生活质量评分（ SGRQ）。结果研究显示三组治疗后肺功能较治疗前均有提高，说明三组都能够提高肺功能，而且疗效相当。 ACT评分其中B组、C组均优于A组，B组C组ACT评分相当，说明B组、C组的治疗效果优于A组。圣乔治呼吸问卷评分B组、C组均优于A组，B组、C组圣乔治呼吸问卷评分相当，说明B组、C组的治疗效果优于A组。结论 B组、C组在疗效方面明显优于A组，而且C组价格优廉，操作方便，患者的依从性好，能够有效的缓解哮喘患者的冬季发作次数，提高生存质量。%Objective To observe the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction on the lung function of chronic bronchial asthma, asthma control test ( ACT) and the quality of life ( SGRQ) .Methods 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into group A ( Seretide group) , group B ( acupoint sticking and Seretide group) and group C ( Linggui Zhugan decoction) .Group A used Seretide 50/250 second suction.Group B used acupoint sticking and Seretide, and acupoint sticking at the first day of in the midsummer.Group C used oral Linggui Zhugan decoction during the midsummer.The lung function at midsummer, ACT and SGRQ were observed.Results The study showed that the lung function of three groups after treatment was increased, and all three groups can improve lung function, which showed that they had similar therapeutic effect.ACT score of group B and group C were superior to group A, and the therapeutic effect of group B and group C was better than that of group A.St George’ s respiratory questionnaire score of group B and group C were superior to group A, group B and group C had similar ST George’ s respiratory questionnaire scores, and the therapeutic effect of group B and group C was better than that of group A.Conclusion The group B and group C in the aspect of curative effect is better than group A, group C was inexpensive and has convenient operation, patient’s compliance is good, it can effectively relieve asthma attacks times in winter, and improve the quality of survival.
