2型糖尿病气阴两虚型与中医体质相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between TCM Syndromes of type 2 diabetes and TCM constitution.Methods We collected 302 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in outpatient and inpatient of the department of endocrinology of Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2014 as the research objects.The TCM syndrome type was made into the database by Excel software, and SPSS statistical software was used to process it.Results The type 2 diabetes syndrome principal distribution was deficiency of both qi and yin, there was a total of 246 patients (81.45%), 17 cases were excessive heat damaging fluid (5.65%), 39 cases were deficiency of both yin and yang (12.9%), OR ratio of qi deficiency and deficiency of both qi and yin was 1.84, and ratio of yang deficiency and deficiency of both qi and yin was 0.566.Conclusion Qi deficiency is a risk factor for deficiency of both qi and yin, and yang deficiency is protective factor of deficiency of both qi and yin.%目的：探讨2型糖尿病中医证型与中医体质的相关性。方法收集2013—2014年昆明市中医医院内分泌科门诊及住院部的2型糖尿病患者共302例作为研究对象。对其中医证型分别用Excel软件作成数据库，应用SPSS统计软件处理。结果2型糖尿病主证分布仍以气阴两虚为主，共246例（81．45％），热盛津伤型17例（5．65％），阴阳两虚型39例（12．9％），气虚质与气阴两虚的OR比值为1．84，阳虚质与气阴两虚之比为0．566。结论在气阴两虚为主证中，气虚质为气阴两虚质的危险因素，阳虚质为气阴两虚质的保护性因素。
