醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致吞咽困难

摘要

目的：探讨醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致吞咽困难的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的中风后假性球麻痹所致吞咽困难患者112例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施传统针刺法治疗，观察组实施醒脑开窍针刺法治疗，对比分析两组患者的吞咽功能评分和治疗效果。结果观察组患者的吞咽功能评分和治疗效果均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），其中观察组治疗总有效率为96．43％，对照组治疗总有效率为82．14％。结论醒脑开窍针刺法能够有效治疗中风后假性球麻痹所致吞咽困难现象，治疗效果十分理想，具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia caused by post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy.Methods 112 cases of patients with dysphagia caused by post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.The observation group used Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment.The scores of swallowing function and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of swallowing function and the therapeutic effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation treatment group and the control group was 96.43%and 82.14%, respectively.Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy can effectively treat dysphagia caused by post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy, the therapeutic effect is very ideal, and has highly clinical application value.
