王晞星辨治恶性腹腔积液验案

摘要

恶性腹腔积液是晚期恶性肿瘤患者的常见并发症之一，严重影响患者生存质量和生存期。在患者不能耐受化疗、局部治疗等各种西医治疗的情况下，中医药的介入在改善患者生存质量和提高生存期方面发挥了重要的作用。王晞星教授在治疗恶性腹腔积液方面具有丰富的临床经验，且疗效显著。现选取1例典型病例，为今后临床上治疗本病提供参考。%Malignant ascites is one of the common late complications of tumor patients , and seriously affect the quality of life of patients and survival time.When patients cannot tolerance various Western medicine treatment , for example chemotherapy and local treatment , the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving the quality of life and survival time of patients .Professor Wang Xixing has extensive clinical experience on treating malignant ascites , and clinical effects are remarkable .One example was selected to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease .
