血府逐瘀汤加减对晚期肺癌患者血小板参数变化的影响

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of the modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction ( XZD) on platelet parameters in patients with advanced lung cancer .Methods 35 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly selected , and were given modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, one dose a day, each 200 ml, morning and evening hour’s service.The changes of parameter were observed before and after the treatment for 20 days.Results Platelet parameters (PLT, PDW, MPV and PCT) have been decreased (P<0.01).Conclusion The modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can regulate platelet parameters in patients with advanced lung cancer , and inhibit cancer cellproliferation and metastasis.%目的：观察血府逐瘀汤加减对晚期肺癌患者血小板参数变化的影响。方法随机选取35例晚期肺癌患者，给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，每日1，水煎分早晚2次服，每次200ml，连续服用20天后观察治疗前后血小板参数变化情况。结果治疗后患者的血小板（PLT）、血小板分布宽度（PDM ）、血小板平均体积（MPV）、血小板压积（PCT）均比治疗前有所下降（P＜0．01）。结论血府逐瘀汤加减能调节晚期肺癌患者血小板参数，抑制肺癌细胞的扩散及转移。
