化学灌浆在富水砂层隧道开挖中的应用

摘要

Using organic curing agent and sodium silicate compound chemical grout, the suitable ratio of slurry is determined through indoor simulated grouting injection experiment.And it is applied in rich water sand tunnel excavation, which solved the dif-ficult problem of double fluid grouting cement.The chemical grouting is for consolidation of rich water sand ( especially silty sand layer) to protect the surrounding structures and pipelines, and can effectively reduce the risk of construction.It has good application prospect in the underground tunnel construction of municipal, highway, water conservancy, etc.%采用有机固化剂与水玻璃配制化学浆液，在室内进行模拟注灌浆试验，确定了合适的浆液配比，并应用于富水砂层隧道开挖，解决了水泥双液注浆不能克服的难题。化学灌浆对固结暗挖隧道中富水砂层（尤其是粉细砂层），保护周围构筑物和管线，能有效的降低施工风险，在市政、公路、水利等暗挖隧道施工中具有较好的应用前景。
