Objective To compare the difference in semen Fas/FasL gene expression of infertile patients and nor-mal matched participants ; and to investigate the correlations among the expression of Fas /FasL gene, main parameters of semen routine analysis and the male infertility.Methods Semen samples of 60 cases diagnosed as infertility patients (infertility time more than one year ) and 60 cases from fertility function examination (planned to have the second child ) were collected from Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine and Haizhu Maternal and Child Health Hospital . Spanish SCA were used to detect the main parameters of semen (including the sperm density , total sperm activity rate, sperm progressive motility rate and total progressive sperm count ).Fas and FasL expression was measured by quantitative real-time PCR.Results The semen volume and total rate of sperm activity , sperm progressive motility and total pro-gressive sperm count of the infertility patients were significantly reduced , while the Fas/FasL gene expression was signifi-cantly increase.Conclusion The up-regulation of Fas/FasL genes is correlated to the main parameters of sperm , which may be related factors to incomplete spermatogenesis dysfunction as well as male infertility .%目的 探讨Fas基因、FasL基因表达与精液常规主要参数以及男性不育症间的关系.方法收集120例精液标本,其中临床诊断不育者(不育年限1年以上)60例为观察组,近2年内生育体检者(备生二胎)60例为对照组,采用西班牙SCA计算机精液分析系统检测其主要参数(包括精子浓度、精子总活动率、精子前向活动率、总前向精子数);同时采用荧光相对定量PCR方法检测两组Fas基因与 FasL基因表达情况.结果 观察组精液体积、精子总活动率、精子前向活动率、总前向精子数降低,而Fas基因、FasL基因表达水平上调.结论 Fas、FasL基因表达上调与精子主要参数的变化有关,可能是导致部分生精功能障碍患者形成男性不育的因素.
