Keeping a few digits in the process of recording the experimental data and calculation results is a very important thing in medical chemistry experiment.It can not increase or decrease the digits at random.The paper emphasized the effective number significance,number processing and calculation rules.The application of significant digit in medical chemistry experiment was expounded through the determination of acetic acid ionization equilibrium constant.%在医用化学实验中,记录实验数据和计算结果应保留几位数字是一件很重要的事,不能随意增加或减少位数。文章强调了有效数字的意义、位数处理和运算规则,通过醋酸电离平衡常数的测定,阐述有效数字在医用化学实验中的应用。
