盐酸普罗帕酮与赤藓红相互作用的荧光光谱研究

摘要

在pH 4.4～5.0的HAc-NaAc介质中,盐酸普罗帕酮（PPF）能与赤藓红（Ery）,二溴荧光素（DBF）阴离子形成离子缔合物,引起荧光猝灭。赤藓红（Ery）,二溴荧光素（DBF）二体系用荧光猝灭法测定盐酸普罗帕酮的检出限分别为：0.045μg？mL-1、0.087μg？mL-1,而线性范围分别为：0.5～3.5μg？mL-1、0.5～3.0μg？mL-1。本实验重点研究了荧光猝灭法的适宜反应条件。%In pH 4.4～5.0 HAc-NaAc buffer medium,Propafenone Hydrochloride（PPF） could react with Ery to form ion-associations which resulted in the fluorescence quenching of Ery.The fluorescence quenching intensity was proportional to the concentration of PPF in the rang of 0.5～3.5 μg·mL-1 for ery systems,and the detection limits（3σ） were 0.045 μg·mL-1.The optimum reaction conditions were investigated.
